Logo - format & size

When uploading your logo in Touchpoint Settings > Survey Design, you need to give it the right format and the right size.

In many cases, you will get a high resolution logo in a png format from your Marketing Branding team.

• Convert it into a jpg/jpeg format if it's not already the case.
• Resize it by applying length = 435 and keep the proportions so that it automatically resizes its height.

Different logos can be uploaded per language or per metadata key value. This improves greatly the personalization of your surveys!
